After living in Boston for nine years, Anders convinced her husband to move back to her hometown, Tulsa! The two met on the triathlon team at Northeastern University in Boston, where Anders’s love for interacting and working with endurance athletes began. Her passion for the sport deepened when Anders competed in Ironman Tulsa in 2021. During the race’s rigors, she reflected on how lucky she had been to choose a career that allowed her to help people push their bodies to their limits! To better cater to the endurance population, Anders is also certified in dry needling and pelvic floor dysfunction.
In her spare time, Anders loves spending time outside, winding down with trashy reality TV, and hanging out with her tuxedo cat brothers, Frankie and Jones.
Anders, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, enjoys treating cyclists, triathletes, runners, and swimmers in addition to anyone who considers themselves an athlete. She received her doctorate from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. After graduating, Anders became certified in dry needling and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Anders strives to create a welcoming environment to promote the physical and mental healing that is associated with any injury.
