Kally holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University graduating in 2019 and from there went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2022. Kally enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions with a special interest in pelvic floor physical therapy and she is Dry Needling certified. She enjoys working with patients who desire to take an active role in their recovery and loves learning unique and holistic ways to provide the best to the clients she treats. Nikki is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa. She then received her doctorate from Washington University in St Louis. During her time there she became passionate about pelvic floor rehabilitation, specifically in both the active population and post-oncologic. Nikki is continuing to pursue her education through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. The opportunity to help patients achieve their goals, live free from pelvic pain, and feel empowered with the tools and knowledge to live a healthy life is incredibly meaningful to her.

Deena was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated from Union High School in 2006. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. In the summer of 2011, Deena married her high school sweetheart and moved to Seattle, Washington, where her husband, Andrew, was stationed with the Navy. In Seattle, Deena attended Pima Medical Institute, graduating in 2013 with an Associate degree in Allied Health Science for the Physical Therapist Assistant program.

She practiced as a PTA from January 2014 through June 2017. Deena was then accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at South College in Knoxville, TN, graduating Cum Laude in 2019. After graduating, she has worked to earn her specialty as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Specialist, treating all conditions related to the pelvis.

Deena is an active member of the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA), having served as the Eastern District Chair (2015-2017), Eastern District Membership Chair (2018-2020), and currently serving as the OPTA board Secretary.

Outside of work, Deena is an avid long-distance runner and a member of the HalfFanatics running club, having completed numerous marathons, including the New York City Marathon. She and her husband enjoy outdoor activities such as walking their dogs, camping, hiking, kayaking, and exploring National Parks.
